Meet Bella Lamm
History & Legacy
The vision for International Outreach Mission began when our founder, Bella Lamm, responded to God’s call to serve the homeless in Jacksonville, Florida. Bella began her outreach ministry in 2014 with very minimal help and support, and has been faithfully serving the homeless, the poor, the destitute single mothers, the overlooked, the rejected, the orphans, the elderly, the handicapped – and many others in need of friendship and affection. What began on the streets of Jacksonville is now a legacy that will carry on for generations!

​Bella’s heart for the poor and the lost is so profound that the only way it can be described is a special mantle and anointing that has been placed on her by God! Watching her sacrificial life and the way she honors people around her has been a great inspiration to many who have taken the time to get to know her.

Bella’s outreach ministry evolved into International Outreach Mission, Inc. – a nonprofit organization with a global humanitarian vision.
Our mission locally is to continue serving our community by providing resource to the poor.
Internationally, we are supporting ministries in Ukraine who are working diligently in meeting the needs of their communities and refugees from neighboring regions.
